1.1 Purpose
We provide access to Google Workspace, which includes Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and other collaboration tools for professional email and team productivity.

1.2 Optional Use
Use of the Service is optional; organizations can choose to utilize it according to their business needs.

1.3 Subscription Plans & Pricing
• ₹99 per user/month for the first 20 users
• ₹149 per user/month for 21+ users
Payments are billed monthly in advance.

1.4 Third-Party Ownership
Google Workspace services are owned and operated by Google LLC. Your use is governed by Google’s Terms of Service as well as these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older or have legal authority to use business accounts.

2.2 Account Setup
We facilitate creation and setup of Google Workspace accounts. Admins are responsible for managing users, passwords, and permissions.

2.3 Security
Organizations are responsible for account security. Report unauthorized access immediately.

3.1 Payment Terms
Fees are billed monthly in advance using accepted methods listed on the website.

3.2 Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once accounts are activated, except for duplicate/accidental payments or technical issues preventing activation.

3.3 Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Service remains active until end of billing period.

4.1 Lawful Use Only

4.2 Prohibited Activities
Sending spam/phishing, sharing malware, violating IP/privacy laws, unlawful access attempts.

4.3 Enforcement

Users retain ownership of content created/stored in Google Workspace.
Google owns all software, trademarks, and IP related to Workspace.
By using our service, you grant us limited license to manage accounts and provide support.

Google Workspace availability depends on Google’s systems — we are not responsible for Google/third-party outages.
Features may be updated/removed as required by Google or maintenance.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business losses.
Liability is limited to fees paid for the Service in the previous 12 months.

Users own content stored in Google Workspace accounts.
We process information only to create/manage accounts, handle payments/notifications, provide support, and comply with law.
Data may be shared with Google for service delivery. We do not sell or rent your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Andhra Pradesh, India.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
