1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all users of Wapplin’s Business Email Workspace and governs refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, and related matters.

2. Subscription Payments
Business Email Workspace subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Once a payment is made or a subscription is activated, it is generally non-refundable.

3. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If a free trial is offered, users can explore selected features without providing payment details. No charges will be applied during the trial period.

4. Auto-Renewal & Payment Failures
If auto-renewal fails due to expired card details or other payment issues, a 7-day grace period will apply to allow users to update payment information. After updating, the subscription fee will be charged, and the new billing cycle will start.

5. Cancellation by User
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Users retain access to features until the end of the current billing cycle, after which all access will be removed.

6. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not provided for:
• Annual subscription fees
• Add-ons or extra storage
• One-time setup or onboarding fees
• Services already delivered or partially used

7. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
• Duplicate or accidental payment
• Subscription canceled within 6 hours of purchase and no services have been used

Approved exceptions will be refunded 100% within 24 working hours.

8. Technical Issues
If verified technical issues prevent activation of the service, Wapplin may, at its discretion, provide a partial or full refund after reviewing the case.

9. User Responsibilities
• Users are responsible for account security, password management, and all activities under their accounts.
• Users must maintain a valid payment method to avoid service interruption.
• Admin Console and workspace integrations are part of the service and cannot be refunded separately.

10. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges
In case of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, users should contact Wapplin support immediately. Verified claims will be refunded in full according to applicable laws and payment provider policies.
