2. Subscription Payments
All WhatsApp Automation subscriptions are billed in advance according to the chosen plan. Once a payment is made or a subscription is activated, it is generally non-refundable.

3. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, new users can explore selected features without providing payment details. No charges will be applied during the trial period.

4. Trial Expiry & Upgrade Responsibility
Users are responsible for upgrading or cancelling before the trial ends. Once a paid plan is activated, the user agrees to the applicable pricing and billing terms.

5. Billing Cycle & Charges
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. Fees for an active billing cycle are considered earned and are not refundable.

6. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not provided for:

• Usage-based credits (e.g., message credits)
• Add-ons and integrations
• One-time setup, onboarding, or custom development

Refunds are also not issued for partial usage or violations of Terms & Conditions.

• Duplicate or accidental payment

9. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges
